Wow Us Wednesday’s can intimidate me.  What do I do that would WOW someone? Not much but I know WOW when I see it!

Well, a stunning picture of a stunning peacock was included last week here.   Vibrant and a silent testament to God’s creativity and creation. WOW.

Thanks to her, I know how to express and show you what WOWed me this week.  It was man made, a cute reflection of the glory of a peacock.

It is a costume with wings. Actually plumage for the tail.  My smallest darling had to have it!  The plumage.

Her mom wanted them to have the pink giraffe with the tail. She has always been partial to giraffes.  She thought the plumage was too big and might break or bend.  Moms!

This sweet darling just wanted the sparkly shiny shoes.  Who wouldn’t love glittered peacock blue shoes? We all have our weakness.

This one knows a great tutu when she sees one.

Come on Honey, I told my daughter,  it’s wings for an almost 3 year old.  I mean, the girl wears her strawberry costume almost every day!  Those strawberry wings are worn and tiny.  This gal knows WOW when she sees it and she wants it! Nothing less will do.

She really didn’t want help to put them on but she needed it. That Sweet Darling was so thrilled. She had been WOWed and so was I.

You know she got those wings. I don’t care if they bend. Her smile and her pure enjoyment over the plumage had me WOWed. (Her mom was okay with me buying these wow costumes.)

Yes, I bought 2 peacock costumes and plumage and one pink giraffe with the cutest tail ever.  From Gymboree, an early bird sale.

Let’s be clear here!

About chinamom3078

I am a woman who loves Jesus who loved me first. Prone to wander and distraction is common for me as I seek to reflect Him in my daily life. I am wife, mom, and grandma who has lived on 3 continents in 26+ apartments, townhouses, military housing, suburbs and now a 200 plus year old farm house. Preparing and hosting meals for the hundreds who have passsed through our home has been a joy and blessing to our family as we listened and shared over meals, coffee, light nights and Bible studies. A rich life! I have reached the age to feel qualifies to be an ”older woman” (as in Titus) even though I feel far from old and have plenty of room to grow each and everyday. And my joy is to teach Bible studies and help train other women to lead well.
