Elegance

Elegance speaks.  Elegance speaks to work of the Creator.  Elegance speaks to the heart  of man.  The simplicity and beauty of elegance can cause a heart to weep just when gazing. It is that powerful!

Elegance is all of this to me as I watched the carefree delight of  our girls, Love princess and Love Bug.   My heart was filled filled with of love at the beauty of His creation and His gift to us of them.

My life overflows with blessings  and sights of elegance daily.

The French aviator, adventurer, and author Antoine de Saint-Exup’ery, probably best known for his classic children’s book “The Little Prince”, was also an aircraft designer. He gave us perhaps the best definition of engineering elegance when he said “A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.” from http://www.dictionary.net/elegant

Very choice, and hence, pleasing to good taste; characterized by grace, propriety, and refinement, and the absence of every thing offensive; exciting admiration and approbation by symmetry, completeness, freedom from blemish, and the like; graceful; tasteful and highly attractive; as, elegant manners; elegant style of composition; an elegant speaker; an elegant structure. [1913 Webster]

Hope you see elegance today from our Creator, Elohim.

Blessings, Linda

About chinamom3078

I am a woman who loves Jesus who loved me first. Prone to wander and distraction is common for me as I seek to reflect Him in my daily life. I am wife, mom, and grandma who has lived on 3 continents in 26+ apartments, townhouses, military housing, suburbs and now a 200 plus year old farm house. Preparing and hosting meals for the hundreds who have passsed through our home has been a joy and blessing to our family as we listened and shared over meals, coffee, light nights and Bible studies. A rich life! I have reached the age to feel qualifies to be an ”older woman” (as in Titus) even though I feel far from old and have plenty of room to grow each and everyday. And my joy is to teach Bible studies and help train other women to lead well.
